UAV's provide an efficient means of obtaining highly detailed imagery and digital surface & elevation models over areas of environmental interest. The rapid means of data acquisition enables larger areas to be captured and analysed than would otherwise be feasible by traditional on-the-ground transect monitoring.

- Vegetation health monitoring (with multispectral imagery)
- Erosion monitoring
- Mine site rehabilitation monitoring (including various metrics associated with landform geometry and vegetation health)
- Surveying of as built landforms for comparison against design
